Matilda Wand is the Founder of two successful companies; Freedom is Within, and Coaching Corporate. She is certified as a Master Practitioner of life and leadership coaching with the core competencies of the International Coaching Federation and leads a team of expert coaches. Matilda is accredited at a master level in various coaching modalities, including neuro-linguistic programming, multiple brain integration techniques, behavioural analysis, conscious hypnosis, matrix therapies, emotional intelligence, and life and leadership coaching. She has transformed the lives of multi-million-dollar directors, CEO’s, entrepreneurs, leaders, psychiatrists and other mental health professionals who hail from worldwide. Matilda also hosts international and national retreats, including walking expeditions, that fully immerse her clients in an integrative coaching experience.
She creates an atmosphere that is fun and empowering with her practical, down to earth, no-nonsense approach. Matilda believes achieving freedom is manifold and encompasses emotional, mental, physical, spiritual and financial freedom. Matilda has been featured as an ambassador in the global motorbiking community and has competed in the 2017 Women’s World Cup for American Football in British Columbia. She is currently a professional firefighter working in Sydney and lives with her husband, newborn son, and two dogs. Previously she spent many years in the mining industry between operational and leadership roles, supervising over 200 employees across five different mine sites.
