For nearly 25 years, I have dedicated my passion to counseling families, with a particular focus on teenagers and family dynamics. My journey began at Anderson University, where I pursued a PhD in Counseling Psychology. Amidst the challenging coursework and late-night study sessions, I met my best friend and now wife, Kim. Together, we navigated the rigors of academia, supporting each other through every hurdle and triumph. After completing our studies, Kim and I decided to combine our passion for helping others by opening our own counseling practice. Our shared vision was to create a sanctuary where families, especially those with teenagers, could find the guidance and support they needed during some of the most tumultuous years of their lives. Over the years, we've worked hand in hand, blending our unique approaches and strengths to provide comprehensive care for our clients. What I love most about my job is the profound impact it has on the lives of young people and their families. Adolescence is a critical period, full of potential and peril, and being able to help guide teens through this maze is incredibly rewarding. Each day brings new challenges and opportunities to make a difference, and I am continually inspired by the resilience and growth I witness in the families I work with. Working alongside Kim has been one of the greatest joys of my life. Our professional partnership is deeply intertwined with our personal bond, and this synergy has been a cornerstone of our success. We understand each other intuitively, and our shared commitment to our clients and each other strengthens our practice. Together, we continue to evolve and grow, ever dedicated to the well-being of the families we serve.
