Throughout her twenties, Karen R. Stone lived as an overweight young woman continuously trying to find the perfect healthy lifestyle to help her lose weight. She experimented with multiple fad diets and exercise routines, but each attempt ended with her heavier than before. Just when she thought she had tried everything possible to lose weight, Karen became more interested in what she had been reading about hypnotherapy. Before reaching out to a therapist she read books on the benefits of hypnotherapy as well as meditation, and she discovered positive accounts of people having their lives changed through these methods. She was skeptical at first but, after working with a hypnotherapist herself she noticed she had gone through a total mental shift. She no longer craved unhealthy foods she once binged on and she now felt energetic and motivated to exercise. Karen had found the key to losing weight and maintaining a healthy lifestyle through meditation and hypnosis. Since losing her weight, Karen attended college to continue her study of hypnotherapy and the benefits of meditation. She has helped many overcome a variety of ailments ranging from weight issues to addiction. As of the biggest advocates for self-improvement through hypnosis and meditation, Karen helps others on a similar path by writing about her experiences and expertise.
