Jason Powell was born and raised in Augusta, Georgia, and traveled extensively domestically and abroad. He enlisted in the Air Force in 1997 and remained on active duty until 2008 when he separated to work in defense contracting. He remained deployed in Iraq and Afghanistan supporting military operations until 2016 when he returned home to the USA. His writing passions are in both fiction and non-fiction work and include subjects in education, information technology, fantasy, sci-fi, and horror.
