Helen Stringer is an award winning writer and director, as well as a former television executive in Los Angeles, where she worked in the film and television industry for over 20 years. Her books have been published both traditionally (Macmillan and Random House) and self-published under the Mediadrome banner. Her work has also been optioned by CBS and MTV.
She currently lives in Kendal, Cumbria, with a bunch of cats and a ton of books. She reads a lot of history, collects vintage cookbooks, loves to cook, and has just finished writing her latest middle-grade story, "The Greenwood Way."
