Alice Bell fell in love with stories and books at a young age. Though she’s had many jobs - radio broadcaster, theft counselor, fine dining hostess - she has always wanted to be a writer. Her novels are known for their elements of suspense and heroines with diverse stories. She loves creating gothic fantasy worlds to escape into; dark heroes and dark plots twists make her happy. She was born in California, in a small town north of San Francisco, and lives with her husband and their fur babies on the west coast of the United States.
