Loved It!

Unchained Beast, the first book in the Alpha Dynasty series, is a wonderfully written dark shifter paranormal mafia romance, two of my favourite genres in one amazing package. Piper Stone did a fantastic job with the world-building and character development; as soon as Locklear started speaking, I was hooked. The storyline is engaging, intense, sensual, and super-steamy with some dark elements. Loved the cast! Gabriel Dupree and Coraline LeBlanc are highly appealing and captivating characters, and the chemistry was off-the-charts. I seriously can't wait to hear the second book in the Alpha Dynasty.

Thomas Locklear was flawless. His deep and growly voice was a perfect depiction of Gabriel. He definitely breathed life into the story and made it even more enjoyable. Unchained Beast was so worth the listen!

Gabriel and Coraline

This story contains some of my favourite genres combined, shifters, magic, voodoo and mafia all combine to give the reader a fascinating romance, with great chemistry Oh and let's not forget there's a curse too! There are five siblings in the Dupree family, four brothers and one sister, the Dupree family is a powerful mafia shifter family. The two main characters are Gabriel the oldest of the Dupree family siblings whilst Coraline LeBlanc is from a town in Louisiana where dark magic is practised. Their lives couldn't be more different, she's the daughter of a single mother whilst he comes from a relatively close family. They have never met, but they are brought together by a curse, a curse that will change their lives forever.

It's an intriguing storyline, I loved the mixture of a black magic curse, the great chemistry and the steamy sex as well as the mafia shifters, I don't think I've read about any other mafia families who are shifters before and being a dog lover I enjoyed the inclusion of Moose.

The narration of this book is by the multi-talented Thomas Locklear, his performance is superb and made this intriguing and different story alive for me. When he growled, my dogs' ears pricked up and they looked for the wolf in the room!

Hot Loved

The narration of Thomas Locklear, will heat you up, My ears need ice packs .

Gabriel is an alpha werewolf who needed to find his mate to prevent a century's long family curse. He finds her in Caroline a human veterinarian whom he saved from an attack. This book has heat, it may burn your ears.

Another amazing audiobook from this dynamic duo. Piper takes on a new genre with Lycans in this paranormal series. And of course Thomas steps in to make me pant at how hot he made this awesome start to what is shirley going to be an explosive series.

This start of the series has two head strong characters. Coraline has returned to her small town because her mother gave her a place to open a veterinarian clinic yet it’s way from everything else. Only to be attacked by several men, thinking she was going to be abducted along comes a savour in a dog. Only it turns out it’s not a dog but a wolf!

Gabriel’s a successful business man yet his heritage as a Lycan is becoming extremely strong and taking over his human man. He later finds out an unbelievable reason for this growing change in his wolf part of his persona when his father gathers him and his brothers to tell them if the fate that is happening from a destiny yet to be determined depending upon whether or not Gabriel and his siblings are successful in not sub coming to the changes with the upcoming blue moons.

Of course it’s filled with sexual tension as only Piper and Thomas can do. Seriously sexy, smouldering times in this paranormal mafia book!

Thomas this was likely the hottest audiobook yet that you preformed.

Amazing

I really enjoyed this book. I wasn’t sure if I would like A paranormal book from Piper but it was amazing. Not only has Piper captured the savage nature of these Lycan’s but she has used all her skills to complete a fantastic storyline. With the added bonus of Thomas narrating this is a total success.

Intriguing supernatural storyline.

After reading books three and four, I got to read this one and learned some information I missed.
I enjoyed catching up even though it didn't seem like I was missing anything. The storyline is great. The supernatural elements in the books make the stories intriguing.
