Gripped
Huge twists and turns. Live the romance in it. I was absolutely gripped from start to finish and DYING to read the next book.

Incredible
This is the second in the series, so I will try to keep it vague, but good god. Pam has done it again 👏 This story was full of twists and turns, I thought I saw what was coming, but I was dead wrong, and the cliffhanger at the end of this book? Jesus, I need to cancel all plans tomorrow to devour the last book!

Wow! What an ending!

This is #2 of the #TangledLies trilogy by Pam Godwin and must be read sequentially. It is also best to go in blind for the best experience!
I have to confess I was seriously throwing my kindle across the room in sheer agitation because of Danni's selfishness.
Yeah, I know Cole left her (not of his own choice) and yeah, I know she fell in love with Trace ... but really?! Cole had been somewhere horrid, which Danni seemed to gloss over and as he was on a secret mission, he wasn't able to say anything under the Official Secrets Act.
Trace, when it became clear that he was Cole's handler, was also unable to explain anything. Was she an idiot? What did she expect?
The kindest thing for all of them would have been for Danni to kick them both to the curb and get another job.
Having said the above, and not going to give anything away, if I had learnt about the things she does towards the end of the book, I would have also been livid!
What a cliffy! Need to get #3 to find out what happens next!
The narration by #LisaZimmerman is superb and she catches all the nuances between the two very different MMCs.

Fantastic!
One woman, two loves, and an impossible choice.
I loved the characters (#Team Trace all the way), the storyline is great and the angst levels are manageable. (I’m such a wuss when it comes to love triangles.) The narrator did an amazing job of bringing this fantastic, emotional, and sexy story to life. I highly recommend!
