About this listen
Alas, Medusa is condemned and cursed, and happiness doesn’t belong to her. She has never been happier than she is with Theophylaktos, a warrior content to live his life blindfolded just to be near to her, but other warriors come, and other warriors mean other deaths.
Warning: This audiobook contains very explicit descriptions of paranormal sex. Only mature adults who won’t find that offensive should read this audiobook.
Here is a preview:
The hero the gods had sent to destroy me had now become my lover, my guardian. Did the gods crave my curse? Let them have it. Before Theophylaktos came, I would have cut off my head myself to serve it to them on a platter.
In silence he lay me down between the flowers. He came to lie on top of me, bracing his weight on his recently injured hand. He was hard between my legs.
“I don't know what I would do without you, Theophylaktos,” I whispered to him.
He put his finger on my lips.
“Nothing will happen to me,” he growled.
Lips on my neck prevented me from answering. He sucked my flesh into his mouth, pinching it till just before it hurt and then he let go with a gentle movement of his lips. It sent the blood rushing through my body. Tiny torches tickled the inside of my skin. I had to stop him. Tangling my fingers in his hair, I pulled his lips away from my body, careful not to unsettle his blindfold.
