A thriller with heat.
Fantastic narration from Thomas Locklear and Daphne Hill.
The story starts with a tense and dramatic scene involving Delaney escaping from a man which leads to stalking and murder. To protect herself, Delaney goes home to her father but makes an impromptu visit to a club beforehand where she has a sexy encounter with a family friend who doesn't recognise the grown-up version of her.
There are a few steamy scenes but it didn't completely overshadow suspense and drama involving the danger posed by Delaney's stalker.
This was a good read and was easy to listen to in one sitting.

Fantastic
This is a brilliant book. With an excellent exciting storyline of forbidden love you will be hooked just as I was. With the talent of these two narrators they both brought these characters alive perfectly.

Amazing dual narration from Thomas Locklear and Daphne Hill, both know how to bring the characters, the angst, drama and ohh the heat to your ears.. You will need a cold glass of water after listening..
Delaney a twenty-five-year-old model, she knows as a fashion model she has done well to work as long as she has.
Francois Thibodeaux has been a friend of her father since they were children and although their backgrounds were totally different her father Brandon, he is like one of their brothers. Both have the same of management tactics which were harsh and unforgiving.
Delaney feels like she is being watch all the time but she goes to the club to let off steam and hooks up with up with tall dark and handsome but runs after and goes back to her apartment she shares but then realises she is in danger when he roommate has been brutally murder. So she goes to her her father's to stay. Brandon finds out what happen in L.A. with his daughter, he calls in a favour and gets a bodyguard for Delaney, in walk François.
Thinks get hotter in all departments, with suspense, betrayal, death, darkness, secrets revealed, violence, hope, forgiveness, and such steam.
