Summary
Alexandra is a senator's daughter, used to mingling in the company of the rich and powerful, but tonight, she will learn that there are men who play by different rules.
Men like me.
I could romance her. I could seduce her and then carry her gently to my bed.
But that can wait. Tonight I'm going to wring one ruthless climax after another from her quivering body with her bottom burning from my belt and her throat sore from screaming.
She will know she is mine before she even knows she is my bride.
Publisher's Note: Ruthless Prince is a stand-alone novel which is the second entry in the Benedetti Empire series. It includes spankings and rough, intense sexual scenes. If such material offends you, please don't buy this book.

The Story Continues with Stefano and Alexandra
After his father was murdered whilst visiting New York, Stefano, and his two brothers decide to make the three men responsible not only pay for their crime but suffer too. But it's not death or physical torture they choose, no they decide that their daughters would be forced into marriage with them! What better way to gain the upper hand and make the three men responsible pay?
This book continues the story from where the first book left off, Mattoe the eldest of the three brothers has used Catherine to exact his revenge and now it's the turn of the second son Stefano to take his. Alexandra is his target, she's a Senator's daughter who constantly pushes her independence ditching her bodyguards which only increased the distance she keeps from her father the real target of their revenge. Stefano is cold, ruthless, cruel and shows little if any, emotions. His one rule is he won't hurt women or children but doesn't consider kidnapping Alexandra to break that rule as he intends to marry her - twisted or what? She's strong and feisty and won't be easy to break as she'll fight with everything she has to stand up to Stefano. But of course, she's bound to fail!
Although I enjoyed the book, I felt that it lacked some of the drama of the first book, for me, there were only two really dramatic and exciting scenes, the bulk of the story concentrating on the hot and heavy sex scenes between Stefano and Alexandra, don't get me wrong the scenes were well written and brought to life wonderfully by the narrator but were at times very repetitive and although the story is as dark and twisted as you would expect from the blub it did lack some of the originality of the first book.
The narration by the wonderfully talented Thomas Locklear was very well done, it intensified the storyline and took my mind off the lack of action outside the bedroom.
I was given this audiobook as a gift and am voluntarily writing my review.

Prince
With the narration of Thomas Locklear, I found myself needing a fan and a bucket of ice
Stefano leaves Italy for Florida to find his future wife as payment for the murder of his father by Alexandra's father's involvement. She is taken to Italy against her will. When Alexandra attempts to escape she is introduced to Stefano's brand of discipline; spankings . This is a sexy , action packed story .

Brilliant!
Another hit by Piper Stone. Ruthless Prince is a fantastic addition to the Benedetti Empire series. It's a well-written, engaging, and super-steamy forced/arranged-marriage mafia romance with stellar narration. Definitely a guilty pleasure with some dark elements wrapped in suspense, intrigue, drama, angst, passion, and unexpected twists. Alexandra and Stefano are uniquely captivating and highly appealing. Their connection was explosive with electrifying chemistry; I thoroughly enjoyed their story and the central plot, the Benedetti brothers' revenge scheme. I can't wait for Savage Prince to be released, the youngest Benedetti brother, Enrique's story.
Can't imagine anyone but Thomas Locklear narrating Stone's novels. His portrayal of the characters is spot-on, making the story even more engaging. I absolutely love his performances. Overall, Ruthless Prince was a terrific listen, an enjoyable mafia romance, one I recommend.
