Summary
Prince Théoden is now finally able to preside over his city now that King Ara's decree as been fulfilled. However, things may not run as smoothly has he'd like, considering Deacon has other plans for him and his vampires. The wolf Alpha desires more territory, and he's willing to manipulate and kill anyone to get what he wants. Noel, has his plate full becoming a Father to a willful son, as well as his training with Marco to be a General. Not to mention being used in negotiations by his Father, the Prince. There's never a dull moment in New Haven.
Highly erotic and extremely dark and twisted. Prepare yourself.
Warning: This book contains strong adult content not meant for sensitive eyes. This book is filled with dark, twisted, raunchy and steamy scenes between powerful, sexy men that will either offend you or get ya revved up. This series will not be pulling any punches, and it won't apologize for hurting your feelings, either. You'll find no fluff and ruffles here. The vampires are not misunderstood, hopeless romantics looking for love. The werewolves are not cute and cuddly and the dragons aren't the ones from your childhood. This is NOT a romance.

I love this book but!
I loved this book, but the narrators voice for Elijah puts me off I don't think I can finish listening to this, it makes him sound like a whiny English guy.. I was hoping he would have a stronger sounding voice, making it easier for me to imagine him when he had to submit.. Nope sorry just doesn't do it for me. Théoden doesn't sound like I expected either he sounds smaller also.. Deacon, Noel and Marco and Dante Im good with and Tylendal. I am done. The narrator did a good job, of the many voices in this book, but sorry just doesn't do it for me.
