Drew and Betty Stevens have such a great life. He's a river-cruise boat captain who spends his weeks on the Seine River surrounded by gorgeous French countryside. She's a tour guide working on the same boat!

Ah, life is good. And it's about to get better. One morning, Drew and Betty are approached by a human resources director for the cruise line, who informs them that Betty is being promoted to cruise director!

There's just one slight problem: Before this promotion can move forward, the HR director, Jerome Ferguson, needs to be convinced that Betty will be ready, willing, and able to take any and all orders from her husband, who will now be her boss.

Betty assures Ferguson that she is up for the task. But he wants proof. He wants a "demonstration". And this demonstration will consist of Drew issuing her a string of commands that are sufficiently "difficult" for Betty to carry out.

And to Jerome Ferguson, "difficult" means really dirty!

Well, now, Drew can't resist! You see, as much as he adores his beautiful and wonderful wife, he's been frustrated for years by Betty's lack of "open-mindedness" in the bedroom. Betty is conservative to the max and, well, just plain dull. And this has been hard on poor Drew, who would like nothing more than to add some zesty spice to their sex-life.

And now, here he is being allowed to make Betty carry out demands that she never, ever would have agreed to before!

Well, Drew gets a little carried away with his newfound power. And his demands go beyond "dirty"!
