About this listen

I was a nobody gamer working a dead-end tech support job. But then, I was pulled into this strange fantasy world, and I’ve learned that I possess a power that makes me, quite literally, a god walking among mere mortals.

Now, I always win every fight.

Now, I always get the best girls in my harem.

Now, I have infinite and unlimited potential to get better.

And now, I’m gonna have fun trying every possibility.

No spoilers, just read or listen.

Ok book. Don't get the hype!

I like the premise, a guy that can leap back to an earlier saved time slot. First scen the crypt and a mage was painted the world and the story some. Then it lacks alot. No real world building, character developement or story. Just 3 random action events. The time leap gets over used a bit, specially outside the action. Last action scen was too long, got bored. The sex scenes where too few and lacked some feeling. I will check out next book, but I dread that its going to follow old pattern of sequels by Logan Jacobs. Plz put some more though into the book an make them great again. Quality over quantity!

A great story

This, in my opinion, is a great story. It’s a story I really enjoyed reading. It was a fun read, it wasn’t serious to where you got so involved in the characters. It is a story that you sit there and you realize that it is truly fantasy. It seems at times that it’s a little long winded but as the story progresses you understand why things happen the way it’s going.
As the narrators, the two have accomplished a great job of this book. Their method of bringing the book to life was great and had me in tears at points. They are great narrators.
For just a great read. 5*’s

Too much repetition, too little progress

The only thing good about this is the narration and the MCs power idea.

Everything else is just a bunch of needless repetition with a bit of story progression.

I really don't think it's necessary for a single fight resolution to take half an hour.

I doubt people like these stories just because of the fighting.

It would have been way better to skim over the fights and make more use of the MCs power. To explore more, to take some risks.

The MC claims to have played online games yet can't figure out some simple tactics to deal with his problems.

MC swears a lot, needlessly. Writing is poor "that f**ker, the next a**hole" in a description of a fight. Absolutely 0 mysticism or atmosfere for what the story wants to be.

Thanks but no thanks. I'd say skip. Unfortunate, because it could have been such a cool story.

dark souls meets edge of tomorrow

so the auther has taken a well used subject and slaps it in a medieval world and gets 2 dimensional male and female roles. the premise (spoiler) is the mc can make "save point" and redo any situation again and again to get it perfect. so he can perfect everything everytime. fair enough but many things like muscle memory and fitness are scimmed over. the dialog is also poor. "filling my womb with god seed" was a very bad moment. the performance was good ish. same voice the narrator uses for most his mc roles. buy if u have time to kill which is what i did. but only if you have exhausted all other realms

Performance geat but story is a big meh. Really not worth a credit. It repeats itself for no reason,

Annoying

Does he have to remind us with almost every sentence how beautiful or sexy the women are. the guy literal Simpson non stop. not a likeable protagonist and the pacing is poor. spends hours on setting like the goblin fights and the sex scenes. really interesting concept ruined by bad writing.
