A great start to this series

I love stories about authors who are "researching" for a book. This one really delivers. Stephanie has writers block and decides to go find out about BDSM to help her break that block. But in researching her story, she finds out more about herself. Cameron, her editor, is just the man to show her the ropes(pun intended). He really starts out slow, letting her led the scenes, and how much she wants to do. But Stephanie discovers, she wants Cameron to lead. that is when everything heats up and this book became irresistible. I cannot wait to dive into the next installment of this series.

Ruby Rivers is amazing at narrating this story. Her various tones kept the characters distinct and easy to follow. Ms. Rivers has a great male voice. It is smooth and does not feel forced. Ms. Rivers brought these characters to life. I got lost in her narration and actually forgot I was listening. It felt as if I was living the story along with the characters.
