Summary
We were Army Rangers, the best of the best. And then one day, everything that we worked so hard to become was ripped away.
Now, we're in some podunk town, trying to find a sense of normal among the crazy, and learn how to live again. That gets a hell of a lot harder to do when a virus spreads mercilessly across the country, killing 85 percent of the people who contract it.
In the midst of the panic, we're tasked with one last rescue mission. It's just our luck that the fool we're rescuing doesn't believe that the world as we know it is actually ending.
Looks like the apocalypse is about to get real interesting.

funny and spicy
It is Non-paranormal, but I hardly noticed because of a lot of the sup traits like alphas and etc. Also, fit military, motorcycle gangs, or mafia. In this case, we have 3 veterans in a new town. A virus hits, and they are asked to convince the ex sheriffs child to come back to town. The child turns out to be a sexual confident, self-sufficient, sassy, and quirky woman.
There is a pet possum and her rats, wild but huggable bear and Renny. There were so many funny moments, and I did end up laughing out loud.
Oh, and so much smut!!! The talk of it and the it doing it!!!
But also, there is an element of healing, too. I felt for what the MMCs are going through after their time in the military.
The ending is surprising and funny!

Easy to follow and fun all the way through
This book was a pleasure to listen too, lots of laugh out loud moments.
Narrator was excellent, characters were fun and rooted for them all.

Super!!
Oh wow what a book absolutely loved it. Great characters and setting. The end was totally unexpected but not saying more. I really enjoyed every minute of it except for Alexander’s narration of a female which needs a bit more work lol.

Absolutely brilliant 🤩
This was too funny, with preposterous situations, a crazy with a capital K fmc and 3 delicious men with different personalities, but they all complemented each other.
These 3 discharged military men, with quite a few issues from their time serving their country, are living in a little town when all hell breaks loose and they are tasked with retrieving someone important. Things go out on a tangent and they have to deal and adapt, even when they have no idea how to deal with a certain someone.
The fmc is brilliant, loved her. I wanna be her.
Really funny, a bit of a suspense and a ton of steam.
Great narration too.
