Entertaining

A bit confusing at times and totally Unbelievable but I couldn’t put this book down. I really felt for the characters. All that fighting and then the making up after the battles. I felt it finished on a cliffhanger. I will see if there is a book three now.

Not as good as 1st book

The continuation of Paige's story gives us better insight into the world 🌎she is and the archaic rules still in place. She has the work cut out for her with all she wants to do and changes she wants to implement in order to better her people's lives. She get a ton of backlash and gets a big surprise at the end.
Unfortunately, the author concentrated too much on the group spicy fun times (we get lots of "group" activities including mm, mmf, mfm, etc), way more than the previous book, and I feel it took away from the story a little. Still, we get plenty of other types of action, plus some drama too.
Amazing narration from Troy Duran (I'd listen to him reading anything, but his voice was made for monster characters for sure). and Aletha George was also perfection.
