  • Since the 80s, obesity and type 2 diabetes have been on the rise. Today’s guest Tommy Pichardo thinks this has everything to do with the misinformation we’ve received in the past. Looking at the food pyramid, for example, we’ve been told that carbs are most important and that fat makes you fat. Tommy says both of these thoughts are totally incorrect. Luckily, he believes in learning, unlearning, and relearning.  When he saw that everything he originally had been told wasn’t working, he set out to relearn about nutrition and health. After losing over 50 lbs and getting in the best shape of his life, Tommy was encouraged to share his knowledge and help men over 40 to regain their health and wellness.

    In 2019, he started a men’s wellness program and has helped many men to increase their quality of life. He encourages them to eat right, get enough sleep, and develop muscle.
