    Mein Kinderbuch "Steff Finds a Friend" hatte die Ehre, im Mittelpunkt eines zweiwöchigen Workshops für eine deutsche 5.-Klasse zu stehen. Die Kinder nutzten die Geschichte, um an ihrem Englisch zu arbeiten und über Freundschaft zu diskutieren. Auch konnten sich die Kinder mit dem Geschichtenerzählen vertraut machen und einen Einstieg in das kreative Schreiben und Diskutieren finden. Treffen Sie die Lehrerin Petra Falterbaum, wie sie den Wert unserer Geschichte Steff für das Lernen von Englisch als Fremdsprache beschreibt. Man kann sich vorstellen, warum nicht die deutsche Version, Kindern auf der ganzen Welt, die Deutsch und auch Englisch als Fremdsprachen lernen, ein ähnliches Format bieten könnte? Petra beschreibt, wie ihre Schüler das Konzept angenommen haben, indem sie das eBook auf ihren Tablets nutzten und die interaktive Erfahrung Spaß machte.

    My children's book, "Steff Finds a Friend" had the honor of being the focus of a German 5th Grade 2 week Workshop . The kids used the Story to work on their English and discuss Friendship. Even the kids could get familiar with storytelling and a start in creative writing and discussion. Meet their teacher, Petra Falterbaum as she describes the value of using our story, Steff in making learning English as a foreign language fun. One can imagine, why not the German version to teach kids around the world learning German as well as English as a foreign language with a similar format? Petra describes how her students embraced the concept using the eBook on their tablets and the fun interactive experience.
