Modelled around beginners who are not already into keto, but including content for the pros, we focus on macros, food weighing & tracking, & adjusting for each individual; the keto diet is possible on a spectrum from all plants to all meat, and anywhere in-between. In our ketogenic lifestyles, we also practice grounding, barefooting, breathing, exercise & sprints, ample sunlight; we also avoid plastics, polyesters, EMF's, & toxic cleaning & body products.
