Enlightening and heartfelt

I wasn’t too sure what to expect from this podcast but have listened to both of the episodes that have been released so far and I’m really impressed. The discussions are very open and engaging and strike me as extremely sincere and humble. I believe this would be a great listen for anyone, but particularly those who have experienced trauma or a life event which has necessitated starting over.
