incredible and insightful

After listening to this book.. I realised I am no where near the correct peaceful and enlightened state of mind that I thought I was. Good job and fantastic read...... I.... now... Will..... take ..... more... time....and be more present and conscious.

Very relaxing and enriching book

Very much nurturing .

I loved this book , whit it's kind writer and reader too. Helped me think deeper about things in life. I shall repeat the listening time to time to hear every time more from it.

Beautiful so happy I chose this book.

I loved every aspect of this book. If your emotions are ruffled this is the book for you . Thich Nhat Hanh lessons are so powerful, his kindness and humanity spill over in every word . I felt so calmed while listening to this book and I will listen to again and again.
