Our underlying habitual thoughts, about ourselves and others, are often described as our "mindset". We have greatness within us. All of us have unique gifts and abilities. But if our mindset is too fixed or negative, we will never achieve our best life.
We have a responsibility to develop our skills and maintain a positive mind. The more we begin to know and trust the power within, the more we connect with what we can be.
A life truly worth living is within us and we can connect with it. In doing so, we grow and enrich our lives and the lives of others.
It begins with our mindset.
How this audio learning experience works
This audio presentation has been designed using an experiential learning model by D.A. Kolb (1984): concrete learning, reflective observation, abstract conceptualization, and active experimentation.
By taking this approach, we hope to cater for all learning styles.
You will be given specific new information in the recording, usually as “key tips”, “explanations” and “quotes”. You will be led through a gentle but positive meditative reflection process to assist you before conceptualization and then putting your new skills into practice.
You will be encouraged to return to the recording from time to time to relisten and reinforce your learning and the desired changes in your life.
