Great exercise book

This was a good listen if you're into strength training and fitness. Combining two different worlds, running with strength training, you get a unique approach to fitness. The author's credentials and experience show through explaining everything so anyone can understand. From How to set up your gym at home to injury prevention all of the different things were covered with detail. There is also a 4-week downloadable workout plan included that has 3 different levels to choose from or go through.

Great book

Being an avid gym goer I loved this book as it has given me a new challenge to focus on. The book gives a clear and easy to follow plan to help you focus on the end goal.
