Summary
From New York Times and USA Today best-selling author Kristen Proby comes a forbidden romance. The Secret is the first in the Single in Seattle series!
Vaughn is everything I’m supposed to stay away from. Sexy. Cocky. And famous.
Ultra-famous.
I grew up in a family full of wealthy celebrities. My father, Luke Williams, is the celebrity of all celebrities. A superstar actor and producer, my father knows the downside of living in the spotlight. And because of that, he sheltered my siblings and me from everything Hollywood entailed. We didn’t attend premieres. We weren’t photographed. There were no friendships with other celebrities’ children.
The limelight couldn’t touch us.
But now, at 25, I’m ready to start my life, working for my father’s production company in downtown Seattle - until Vaughn Barrymore walks through the door.
He can’t keep his hands off me. He’s completely forbidden, but I can’t help falling for the sweet, complicated man.
When - and it’s when, not if - my family finds out that I’ve been keeping this secret, will I have to choose between the man I love and those who mean the most to me? Or, by some miracle, can I have both?

Loved it
I love the with me In Seattle series and this is the first book from the spin off series featuring the kids. Was it going to live up to my expectations. I can honestly say, yes it did. Olivia is working as a costume designer for her dad’s production company and Vaughn is an actor working with her dad. They instantly dislike each other but it’s not long before those feelings change. Olivia has been sheltered from the downside of fame all her life, and has a massive reality check when it hits home exactly what life has in store if they pursue their relationship. I enjoyed reading this book, the narration took it to the next level. It brought the characters to life. I loved how their relationship evolved and how they dealt with fame and the downside of it. My only regret about this book is the ending. It’s not a cliffhanger but I want to know what happened next! Don’t leave these things to my imagination I want everything tied up with a happy ever after bow. I received this book from the Author. I’m voluntarily leaving my honest review.

Great
Great to catch up with all the characters from some of the past books. More then that it was great to meet their children and find out what they are doing now. Luke and Natalie’s eldest Olivia is a costume designer in her dad’s production company and at 25 her career is flying high. This book is about her and a film star Vaughn Barrymore.
