It had such promise.
This story had such promise instead it gave the most disappointing ending and twist. First book I've ever read/listened to for this author and I think it will be the last. The narrator was good at least.

Bingeable drama
Thoroughly enjoyed this book. Even more so because I live in Mansfield (unfortunately on the bad side as described). For me, I did not see the ending. I had my suspicions all the way through but I was surprised I was wrong. The narrator is fabulous and she really brings the characters to life. I love the format and can’t wait to read more from this author.

Gripping, engrossing and surprising
When I started this audio book I thought I had it sussed in the first few chapters! HOW WRONG I WAS!
The story runs its course through many lives, intertwined by family loyalty, regret, revenge and grief. Sensitively and beautiful written!!

Easy listening, great narrator
