I Feel Empowered

You know it's a labour of love when you realize the cover art is linked to the stories within. This is truly a wonderful manual for finding happiness. I feel excited every day I wake up now! This book really connected with my soul and I feel like an empowered person after listening to this wonderfully produced wisdom. Narrator was perfect as well!

A Holistic Approach to Happiness

I really loved that this book discusses happiness as multi-faceted and not correlated to success as we are conditioned to believe in Western culture. I got a lot out of this book, even as someone that is constantly consuming personal development content. The author's discussion about nutrition's impact on your quality of life and happiness was really profound. It made me consider all the things I've been eating because the exercises in this book evoke that kind of self-reflection. Great listen!
