Brilliant, informative and easy to listen to.
Brene narrates the book which sounds more like she is chatting to you in your living room. Very easy to listen to and very informative.

Brené brings focus on what actually matters in parenting. It’s not so much about what I’m doing but how I conduct myself in every minute.

Really great book!
I strongly recommend reading this book if you’re a parent and even if you’re not (or not yet). Brené’s approaches to parenting are really down to earth and positive.

My journey to better parenting
I enjoy listening to Brene Brown, she’s easy to listen to, offers sound advice and suggestions but also manages to include comedy and real life experience. Brene has made me mindful of the way I communicate with my children, and as a result I have started to change my narrative.

A great listen for all parents
another great listen from Brene. She has one of those voices that is really easy to listen to. her guideposts for parenting are easy to follow with loads of examples from her own experience which really help the understanding. I will be buying a paper copy to keep for reference.
