very helpful
This was an interesting book. My sister-in-law recommended it. I was surprised by chapter 3, and the effect of overthinking on your partner. Chapter 4 describing the various techniques to deal with overthinking was also eye opening for me. I guess I've just never thought of relationship dynamics in this way. It certainly gave me some new ideas and a new perspective to consider. I recommend.
