Must Read Information For Newbies To Property Investment
As a complete newbie to property investment, I found this audio book extremely easy to listen to and understand. A great source of information and advice. I know feel confident in moving closer to my first property investment.

I must say well-done to Rob for this. Its a great basic overview with down to earth and pragmatic advice, it is clearly written by someone who has a depth of knowledge but can filter it for a newbie.

A very nicely put together simple introduction
Would you listen to Property Investment for Beginners again? Why?
This was a very well put together, intelligent introduction to Property Investment. Rob has a nice, down-to-earth style, and a fab sense of humour - particularly liked his observations on Property Ladder :-) Would recommend to anyone who wants to get a grasp of the basics.

Very good, but put me a bit off property market.
I can't help but feel this book has put me off property investment. No bad words about the book, it was very useful and informative and would recommend it. But it just sounds like property investment is to high risk for me. But hey, maybe I missed the point, will have a listen again one day.

An excellent book, clear, concise, down-to-earth
I've loved this audio book so much that I'm going to buy the actual book as I want to go through and highlight things. I also want to share it with members of my family. It is clear and concise which makes it great for beginners. It doesn't do any of the mumbo-jumbo visualisation rubbish to which I am highly allergic!! It simply explains in a pragmatic and straightforward way and points out limitations and pitfalls sensibly. An excellent book for anyone who loves to learn and wants to progress but with a healthy dose of realism! Really loved the narrator's style as well.
