My planned trip for two unexpectedly turned into a trip for one. Rather than let my breakup get me down, I packed my bags and decided a week at a luxury resort was just what I needed. But one calamity after the next, and suddenly I was stuck without a hotel room, along with a few hundred other people. It looked like my fancy vacation was about to turn into me sleeping on the hotel lobby floor. Until I overheard a gorgeous man pretending to be someone he wasn’t in order to steal a reservation from a guest who hadn’t shown up yet.
When I realized there were two rooms, instead of calling him out, I pretended to be his sister. That’s how the story of “Milo and Maddie Hooker” began. We were the Hookers. My depressing trip quickly made a U-turn into an adventure. My fake brother spent the next few days showing me around his hometown. When it was time to leave, neither of us really wanted to go yet.
So, instead of flying back to our respective homes, we ventured on a road trip. At every stop, we’d pick up souvenirs. But as hot as our chemistry was, we never crossed the line. Milo knew I’d just come out of a tough relationship and didn’t want to mess with a vulnerable woman. So instead, at the end of our trip, we made a pact to meet again in three months. It was always my intention to meet him. But when I got back home, reality hit in a big way. And I worried I may have lost my handsome stranger forever.

Who are Milo and Maddie Hooker?
A fun, sexy and sweet read that was a little emotional (not too much) with a romantic storyline (think of the movie An Affair to Remember - one of my favourites), with a little twist added into the mix. When Hazel and Mateo scam themselves a hotel room each during a snow storm, they form quite the friendship, so much so that they decide to continue their charade and become travel companions. They go on a road trip together touring the States and starting a truly magical friendship. As they become more and more drawn together, they make a pact to meet up in New Orleans when they’ve sorted out their personal issues. Little did they know that their paths would be crossing again, a lot sooner than they were expecting. An enjoyable audio that has the wonderful duo that is Sebastian York and Andi Arndt narrating sweet sexy Hazel and the truly sexy singer Mateo. A wonderful audio.

Amazing
Penelope ward and Vi Keeland are amazing authors I love their books.Andi Arndt and Sebastian York are excellent at reading the story and bringing the characters to life very highly recommend this book

well worth five stars
Wow!! I absolutely loved this story, it captured my attention right from the start, its clever and funny, there are some laugh out loud moments especially with the clairvoyant who was brilliant. This is definitly one of my favourite books and will read it again I'm sure. The narration as always with Andi and Sebastian is fantastic.

A Great Read !!!
What a fabulous story. I was hooked from start to finish. A great read during 'Lockdown'. It had my undivided attention.
I love both these authors, both independently and when they pair up.
Two of my favourite Narrators too, who brought this book to life.
I was swept away. A terrific read ladies. I loved it.
I recommend this love story to all readers.

A good romance
As usual what a brilliant audiobook by Vi Keeland an Penelope Ward. They just never fail to write a great romance . The narrators Sebastian York and Andi Arndt and my favourite American narrators.
