This is the opening sentence of my book, The Untethered Soul. Since its publication in 2007, I’ve been inundated with questions about why that inner voice is always talking, why so much of what it says is negative and stressful, and most importantly, how you free yourself from it.
In this course, we will put to rest any questions you have about that inner dialogue. Not just about quieting it down - but about how to steadily remove the root cause of its existence.
One of the greatest lessons you will learn here is that trying to achieve happiness by "getting what you want" is actually limiting your happiness. Brilliant
Gets a bit tedious when launches into a diatribe about the universe to emphasise the importance of the moment but overall one of the best around at the moment

The right hear at the right now
After reading some of the other reviews I was sceptical about listening to the book. I was a bit put off reading that it was delivered in a condescending manner. I'm glad that I didn't listen to the voice in my head which by the way is one of the points of the book. I found Michaels delivery to be quirky but fun, I just think he really comes from a place of love and he wants you to "Get it". I listened to the book a few times as it's pretty deep and I'm glad I did. Each time I was hearing what I needed to hear at the moment. For me at least a fantastic listen.

Inspiring
Loved this book , easy to listen to ,as the guy sounds like Dick van Dyke . He’s smiling with every word and you can tell .
Makes perfect sense and inspired me every time I listened . Looking forward to the untethered soul , which I’ve already purchased . Thankyou for sharing this wisdom

Incredibly powerful course
The first material I have come across that takes away the conflict between science and religion. I loved his style of presentation and the content is truly challenging. Will come back to this over and over again.

It’s so simple to surrender
Michael Singer has a very light way to explain and teach the things we usually complicate. Surrender it’s a fundamental thing in life, we all should learn to do it!

Life changing and thought provoking as always from Michael. His delivery is hard hitting, candid but still so sincere. It always sounds like you're sitting across the table from him! He has this gift of :mocking longheld beliefs in a way that doesn't offend but drives home a message.

possibly one of the most life changing books.
All I can say is give it a go. Micheal Singer is very honest, if you are wanting to be wrapped in cotton wool and fluffy language, this might not sit so well.
However, I felt he spoke to me in a way that I could understand, and explained the basis of his teachings clearly, and I feel that I may benefit for the rest of my life.
