Life changing
I started the The Fast Diet when I saw the amazing weight loss achieved by one of my best friends.
What amazed me was he had more energy than previously and he said he rarely felt hungry, so I tried it.
This is only my second week but I've already lost 13.2 lb which I find astonishing!
I've had a few headaches but rehydrating more than I would normally would has solved that issue.
I've been diagnosed with pre-diabetes so hopefully over the coming weeks I can correct that issue and I've booked a blood test to see how that's progressing.
Now I enjoy the fast days because it seems to rejuvenate me.
I'm looking forward to the journey ahead and this book could change my lifestyle forever.

Amazing! Must do this lifestyle it's a no brainer.
I really like Dr Moseley and Mimi Spencer. This lifestyle is a no brainer for a healthy and long life. This is researched and not a way to simply make another diet to make money. This lifestyle comes with passion and love and it works.

They’ve made fasting sound very easy and appealing. The PDF is useful as it comes with sample meal plans. I also liked listening to the feedback from other users.

Life changing
The book sets out the science behind fasting and the positive impact it can have on your life. It contains practical advice on making it work for you.
The health benefits are eye opening, fasting appears to be a solution to some of the biggest killers in the western world.
If losing weight is your thing then this approach contains no drugs, no ready meals, no diet clubs and no charge and it's sustainable.
