This book is like a hug from your best friend!
Listening to Lydia talk of her own experiences, struggles, triumphs and challenges, her gentle suggestions about how you can change your mindset in situations, is the reminder that we all need to appreciate the wonderful things and to allow the tough things to challenge us.
Hearing at times the raw emotion in her voice as she talks of her own struggles and how she has overcome them struck such a chord with me.
I have the hard copy of the book as well but I would absolutely recommend listening to the audiobook.

Lovely idea for a book
I really enjoyed the topic and points presented in the book, I would connect to the book much more if I wouldn’t watch Lydia for so long and would connect it to her personality on YouTube,
But I really enjoyed the book and the way she read it was great, very calming and fitting the book

Beautiful!
I enjoyed this so much! Thank you Lydia for sharing the wisdom you gained through your experience, it was truly motivating for me at the time of being at my own crossroads in life! I love nature and loved how you remind us that we can always look to it for solace and guidance. I just finished listening but will listen once more because it's truly precious for me and relatable.

Changes the way you think about the world
I could not stop listening right from the start. I absolutely loved how Lydia explained the meaning of different seasons especially winter. This has put things into a whole new perspective for me and I already feel like a different person. It’s so worth listening to!
