Summary

The last time Dodie sees her mother alive, Stella is unusually busy and wearing an old red velvet dress. Choose Chosen

I am pleased I chose Chosen from a list of Lesley Glaister’s books on audible as it was up to her usual quality, with intrigue and character credibility. She is adept at setting a scene and keeping the reader in suspense throughout. Not as gritty as some of her novels but troubling all the same. This confirms the author is my chosen storyteller!
