Summary
Isaiah Fontenot had never played the role of white knight. At least not until his boss, Maximillian Adorite, gave him the order to. That was when he found himself coming face-to-face with the stunning Cassidy Owens, the woman in need of saving.
Cassidy only thought she was hiding from the men who were looking for her brother. Not knowing where to go, Cassidy opted to hide in plain sight, taking up temporary residence in a Vegas hotel near her condo. Turned out, she wasn't as good at hiding as she had planned.

Great quick listen
Very enjoyable storyline. Good strong characters. I am definitely going to look into more books in this series. Great narration from a fantastic duo. Well written.

So much packed into a novella
I love mafia stories. Even though this was short, it had everything I have come to expect in a mafia book.I love the twist of the sister hiding because of the acts of her brother. The mafia alpha being her protector. It made the story fun and different to read. These two really hit it off, and the main struggle is that Cassidy wants him, yet is unsure if she can trust him. Isaiah is torn with his job and his new found love. I love the banter and tension between them. It made the story come to life. I look forward to more in this series. This was a great introduction that left me wanting more.
Tor Thom and Charley Ongel were perfect for this book. Tor has the perfect voice for a rough, alpha male. He made Isaiah the strong character he was meant to be. Charley has a way to bring out the best of the heroines. Cassidy has so much to deal with and Charley brought all of those struggles and emotions out through her narration. The natural chemistry between Charley and Tor enhance the chemistry between the characters and really bring the story to life.

Short and good
This was a short but good story, intense love and a little action.
No unnecessary descriptions of surroundings
Good dialogues
The chemistry between the main characters is developing in to a romantic relationship that’s realistic

Clear pronunciation and read with feelings, I like these narrators very much.

Great Story & Narration🎧 Alpha🔥Hot Isaiah💘Cassidy!
I loved everything about this book, it captured my attention right from the start and held it straight to the end. Nicole Edwards is one of my favorite authors, I enjoy her writing style and while this is one of her shorter works she till managed to fit a lot of story into it. Isaiah Fontenot runs the Devil’s Playground, a Vegas nightclub owned by mafia boss Maximillian Adorite. Max assigned him another job, to find and safeguard Cassidy Owens. Cassidy was trying to help her brother who owed money to the wrong people, he went into hiding but these men will stop at nothing to get their money including going after her. While Cassidy tried to lose Isaiah and Micah, his brother she finally learned to trust them. I loved how everything played out, there is drama, action, some thrilling suspense and some hot romance, the chemistry between Cassidy and Isaiah is smoking hot and so is their loving. Nicole Edwards, thank you for another great story!
I listened to the Audible edition, Tor Thom & Charley Ongel are fabulous narrators and voice artists. They bring these characters to life, give each their own voice and personality. You could hear how much heart and passion they put into their work as they project the emotions & passion of the characters into their performance, an amazing duet performance. They are talented and entertaining storytellers and always a pleasure to listen to. Thank you for another amazing listen🎧

Short but Steamy
Without Regret is a short but steamy insta-love mafia romance. There was a lot of danger and suspense. There was instant chemistry but the relationship progressed at an incredibly fast pace. Tor Thom and Charley Ongel did a great job with this duet narration.

Oh, WOW!
Isaiah and Cassidy was thrust together by the one and only Maximillian who played puppet master. A steamy, sexy Mafia Romance. So much Chemistry between the two. Always loved the Tor Thom and Charley Ongel together is awesome

Short and sweet!!
I always read or listen to anything from Nicole Edwards. Her writing style is something that I always like.
I enjoyed this because it was not just a live story. There is danger and intrigue in this story. It was a great listen!!
The narration was great as well. Tor Thom and Charley Ongel did a really good job with these characters and this story.
