Summary

Pirateaba returns once again, bringing you the thrilling seventh installment of chart-topping LitRPG series The Wandering Inn.

It's raining in Liscor.

The spring rains have come and Liscor's entire geography changes with the dawning of the new year. The Floodplains of Liscor live up to their name, and the only way anyone is going to travel is by boat.

With the rains come more monsters, dungeon delving, more goblins...not to mention some unwanted attention for the Wandering Inn.

Erin Solstice is going further abroad than she's ever dreamed: as far as the Walled City of Pallass, the City of Invention. With the magic door drawing the attention of world powers and the looming crisis of the Goblin Lord, Erin Solstice's inn is busier than ever.

brilliant

I absolutely love this series, I hate having to wait months before the next instalment. I have never read any novels of this genre before, I have tried a few others, but none of them quite grabbed my attention and investment as much as this author. Absolutely brilliant 👏

A brilliant continuation of an epic saga.

Honestly, what else can I say? The story, the characters, the world building. It keeps me coming back over and over. I really cannot recommend this series enough. And then there's Andrea, such a wonderful narrator who truly brings this epic world to life. I will continue to keep listening to this story because it keeps, somehow, being so fresh even after 7 books. Bring on the next and the next and the next. I could keep saying "and the next" til the words lose all meaning, that's how much I love this series. Pirateaba is the s**t.

Good continuation of TWI series

I really enjoyed this book. It had its fast paced and dramatic moments but there was never any lull in the action or story. The writing and performance was great.

I felt like this book helped tie together a lot of unfinished stories left from the previous book and I’m looking forward to the next audiobook.

This was a good continuation of the wandering inn series and I’m looking forward to see what happens next. (I want to hear more about Selys and the ‘mysterious armour riddle’)

Keeps getting better!

I don’t know how Pirate Aba does it, but the Wandering Inn keeps getting better and better! This book focuses much more on Erin, who is my favourite character, but I did not find the side character stories boring at all. I can’t wait to read the next one! The narration by Andrea Parsneau is outstanding as always!

masterpiece

Simply put this is the best series out there. It follows several people's life, shows emotional and physical growth. Most of all its refreshing having multiple female leads.

I'm sad that I have to wait for the next release but looking forward to relisten to this and previous books.

Why do you do this!!!!

It’s taken over my life again! Each time a audio book drops I can’t stop listening to it. Pirateaba the story never disappoint and Andrea I can’t believe the range of voices and remembering each one! Well done everyone that brings it to life!

A modern classic

This has the feel of something almost as epic as The Wheel of Time. If you read/listened to that series you'll know how massive that was. This isn't quite on that level yet but is getting there. The other similarity to that series is how well it is written and narrated. Because it is so wide ranging it concentrates on different parts of the story for large chunks which can be frustrating when you want to know what is happening with other characters, for example Ryoka Griffin does not appear at all in this instalment but I'm guessing will feature in the next.

It's not at all linear or easy to know what is coming next and knowing how some of the characters who have not yet met will do so, if in fact that is the plan is anyone guess. Unlike some series the standard has maintained at a high level and I'm looking forward to the next instalment. I'm currently on book 7 of He who fights monsters and that is becoming a bit too cringy for me now but The Wandering Inn looks set to ensure.
