An informative guide
You have to work harder as a woman to achieve the same level of success as a man; at least, it sometimes feels that way. That is why the affirmations included in the audiobook were pretty powerful. I particularly liked "I am crafting a financial strategy that aligns with my life’s goals and dreams." In a time where everybody seems to be looking for extra income, the chapter focused on entrepreneurship and side hustles was insightful.

This book has been a beacon of light for us during a challenging time. It is an incredible resource filled with valuable insights and strategies for achieving financial independence. Targeted to Black Women, Useful For All!
In this beautifully produced audiobook, Jasmine Wright reveals a holistic overview of personal finance wisdom and pathways to financial freedom, and she also adds powerful positive affirmations and meditations to support an optimistic, growth-oriented mentality.
What I appreciated most about this guide was the specific, tactical advice on everything from retirement accounts to budgeting to home ownership and credit score. One thing I definitely took away from this book is the importance of building a great credit score in order to win a favorable interest rate, which can lead to big time savings (tens of thousands of dollars) during the life of a 30 year home loan.
Whether you're a black woman facing tremendous disadvantages in your life or just looking for wisdom and clarity in the area of your personal finances, this audiobook is worth its weight and gold and then some!

Great information about finances
I have long known that women, in general, and especially women of color, have frequently been left out of conversation and education about the world of finances. Part one of this book explains all aspects of finances from saving to investing, to preparing for retirement. I know that affirmations and meditation can be very powerful for some, so even though I don't regularly use daily affirmations, I appreciate that they were included in the box set.

A great resource!
This audiobook is a comprehensive guide which covers almost everything that you need to know for economic empowerment.
From key financial fundamentals, that help to assess financial health through detailed insights on income, expenses, debt, and savings, the book provides actionable steps for improving credit scores, creating sustainable budgets, and developing effective saving habits.
Investment basics are clearly explained, including different options like stocks and bonds, and strategies for managing risks with a diversified portfolio and it even offers guidance on homeownership and exploring various retirement accounts for long-term wealth building - all with a focus on overcoming the unique barriers faced by Black women.
My favourite part was the step-by-step guidance on starting entrepreneurial ventures and tackling discrimination in financial services, especially the emphasis on the importance of creating a financial legacy and contributing to the economic empowerment of the Black community.
The blend of practical advice and motivational encouragement is a great read for anyone, but especially Black woman, and makes it an invaluable resource for achieving financial independence and building a secure future. It's a great resource to have!
